
1. Payment
Deposit & Final payment
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required. The deposit is generally equal to 30% of the total quotation. The final payment is required 30 days before your China tour begins. If you book the tour within 30 days before your departure date, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
We will recognize it as you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions on receipt of your deposit or full payment.As below, the Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contractual relationship between Hefei Full-View Travel Service Co., LTD

The Terms and Conditions are of the same importance with our clients’ quotations, itineraries and other tour relevant communication with our travel advisors. For a successful China tour, our clients are expected to accept the Terms and Conditions as well.

Methods of Payment
We now offer 3 methods of Payment, click Payment Guide to know more:
1. Paypal or credit card via Paypal;
2. Moneybookers or Visa card via Moneybookers;
3. Bank transfer.
Cash payment upon special request can be discussed with your tour advisor.

Note: Please confirm with your tour advisor about the amount to pay, the exchange rate, and transaction fee policy for the payment method
you choose.
2. Cancellations Refunds and Alteration of Itinerary
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons make this happen.In the event of cancellation, the client must notify us by mail or by fax. We calculate your refund on the day when we receive the written
cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. The service charge
of the refund is USD40.00 per time.
2.1 The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
2.1.1. Cancellation received up to 20 days before departure: no cancellation fee will be charged. The refund may be applied for your
next trip within 18 months.
2.1.2. Cancellation received from 14 to 19 days before departure: 10% of the tour price.
2.1.3. Cancellation received from 7 to 13 days before departure: 20% of the tour price.
2.1.4. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
2.1.5. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
2.1.6.No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused service due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours.
2.1.2. Cancellation received from 14 to 19 days before departure: 10% of the tour price.
2.1.3. Cancellation received from 7 to 13 days before departure: 20% of the tour price.
2.1.4. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

2.2 Alteration of Itinerary
Alterations to your itinerary can be processed free of charge. But any extra charges caused by clients in alteration of the booking are the
responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels.
3. Responsibility
3.1.
As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including guide service surface transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from selected quality suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours. We shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party that not directly owned or controlled by us. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
3.2.
We reserve the right to change the trains and flights we have arranged for you in the itinerary, and we make sure to guarantee your tour going smoothly unless the trains or flights are being cancelled or chartered. We reserve the right to change the hotels we have arranged for you in the itinerary to hotels of the same standard when unexpected conditions occur, like the hotels do not have enough empty rooms, etc.
3.3.
We will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
3.4.
We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises.
3.5.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the client requires with the local agent, local guide or the driver temporarily in different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case, we will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping, extra attractions, destinations etc,but we will try our best to help our clients get out of the difficulties including chasing compensation if any damages or losses occur.
3.6.
We have the responsibility to protect clients’ privacy, including personal files like passport information,contact information, and tour information communicated with us. We will not leak such information for any reason unless we are authorized by clients.
3.7.
With our clients permission, the photos taken during tour period can be used exclusively on our web site. The photos cannot be copied or used by other agencies or persons without our permission.

5. Modifiation or Discontinuance of Service
Online China Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue service if clients behave illegally, or objectionably towards its employees and
agents. Obscene, racial or erotic behavior will be considered as offensive. Online China Travel reserves the right to define and explain such
behaviors.
